Delivery Policies:
Delivery prices vary based on location. Sunday deliveries are $25.00. Our delivery and set up hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm .
While we are scheduling delivery and setup with your reception hall, if we find that we must arrive after 6.00 pm , and additional $50.00 "After Hours Surcharge" will be incurred. We will contact you if this occurs.
If you or your representatives are picking up your wedding cake at the store, you will need to sign a Pickup Release Form supplied by us at time you sign your wedding cake contract. We are not responsible for a wedding cake picked up at Creative Confections once it has left our premises. When the wedding cake leaves the bakery it becomes the customer’s property and responsibility.
All wedding material such as storage containers, stands, etc must be returned 72 hours after ceremony. Extra charge applies for delivery, customized set up, cutting and on any special request such as design, logo where applicable. (Four weeks notice is necessary for special display.)
